What to expect when dropping off your repair:
I’m generally two weeks out on repairs. This means I will be evaluating your repair approximately two weeks after it is dropped off. A $60 deposit will be required when dropping off the repair. This is to cover my time evaluating the unit and writing the estimate. Although, if you decide to go ahead with the repair, it will be put towards the cost of the repair.
After the estimate is written it will be emailed to you and I’ll call to discuss the project and get your ok to proceed.
At this point, parts will be ordered, if needed. They generally arrive in about a week or two. Once they arrive, your repair will then be completed and thoroughly tested during the next few days.
Other issues can sometimes be discovered while making repairs. I do my best to be thorough with the initial estimate, and generally catch it all, but there is the possibility that more issues may be discovered. If they are, you will be contacted and we will discuss them and form a new plan together.
